Jerriann Chandler-Ochoa

Jerriann Chandler-Ochoa is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and graduate from the School of Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary. She has worked in mental health for over 19 years in various settings ranging from schools to group homes to community mental health. At Hathaway-Sycamores Child and Family Services in Los Angeles, California, she has worked in Therapeutic Behavioral Service (TBS) as a clinician, clinical supervisor, Assistant Director, and Director. During those years, she developed and conducted various trainings in her department around best practice and staff skill development.

Jerriann has assisted Department of Mental Health in conducting trainings to social workers and WrapAround providers in Los Angeles County about TBS as well as partnered with colleagues from 5 Acres in delivering a presentation around community safety at the first TBS state-wide conference in 2012. She started her current role as Director of Training and Staff Development at Hathaway-Sycamores in 2014 where she is assisting in developing an agency-wide management training and support system, is a Youth Thrive trainer and is using the CYC: Foundations course in building the skill set of youth workers at the agency.
