Elizabeth has developed and implemented curricula and programs for children, youth, and youth care providers which focus on personal growth, self-discipline, and character development. She emphasizes the use of the arts, athletics, life skills, mentoring, team building, and the service learning. She has taught youth and youth care providers for 32 years.
Elizabeth is an approved trainer for the NRCYS Residential Child and Youth Care Professional (RCYCP) Course, TYCCWA Ethics for CYC Practitioners Course, Academy CYC: Basic Course and Certified Family Resource Mentor Program. She has extensive experience offering the NAMI Journey of Hope (JOH) and Visions for Tomorrow (VFT) programs in Louisiana.
