George Weatherford has been working with youth and families since somewhat reluctantly volunteering at drop-in center for LGBTQ+ youth in the 1990s in Seattle. He has worked since then in school programs, after school programs, camps, spiritually based youth programs and more. He also has a Masters degree from the Peaceable Schools Program at Lesley University. George has evolved from a love of using his gifts to support kids in finding theirs, to a love of using his gifts to support youth workers in using their gifts to support youth in finding theirs.
