Mistie Timmons has proudly been a youth worker for more than 25 years in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Her passion for seeing youth and youth workers experience an “aha” moment is still the highlight of her career.
She is currently the Associate Executive Director of the Youth Development Center at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, with her primary responsibilities being program quality, compliance and funding for Before and After School and Summer Day Camp.
